A social media fundraiser has ensured that the medical school dreams of 20-year-old Fauzia Ali becomes a reality.

The first channel to report Fauzia’s plight was HAMZA TV. In an update on the fundraising effort that had been spearheaded by Aesha Khidir Adam (Founder and Director, IQRA Educational Centre,) Hafiz TV posted a photo of Fauzia in front of her school. The caption read:
