Movie producer Habiba Sinare, has disclosed her feat of becoming a certified leadership and team development coach.
In a post dated October 29, 2024 and published on her social media platforms, Sinare related that the motivation to achieve that feat was born in her since she was a child.
“From a young age, I have been drawn to leadership. Whether organizing school events or stepping up at home, I thrived in roles where I could guide and inspire others. This passion has shaped my journey and fueled my desire to become a Leadership and Team Development coach,” her post read in part.
She stressed that this feat comes on the heels of her completion on an MPhil programme. Habiba, however, did not disclose which institution she studied with. Her full post on the issue is below:

From a young age, I have been drawn to leadership. Whether organizing school events or stepping up at home, I thrived in roles where I could guide and inspire others.
This passion has shaped my journey and fueled my desire to become a Leadership and Team Development coach. As part of my year plan, I committed to gaining a certificate in Leadership and Team Development immediately after completing my MPhil. Today, I am excited to share that I have passed my examination, marking a significant milestone in my journey.
I am profoundly grateful to the Almighty for His unwavering faithfulness and support throughout this process. Leadership is not only about guiding others; it requires bravery and resilience to navigate the chapters that shape our lives. The knowledge I have acquired is not just for my benefit; it is a resource that the next generation can tap into.
I am eager to share insights, empower aspiring leaders, and create spaces for collaboration and growth. As I embark on this next chapter, I carry the lessons learned and the hope of making a meaningful impact.
