Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia and the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) barely anything concrete on plans for the Muslim community in their 2024 manifesto compared to the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
It is on the back of this that Iqra Today leveraged on a digital innovation platform, BawumiaGPT, that the Bawumia campaign has launched to seek the NPP flagbearer’s plans for the Muslim community.
The platform in its introductory message states: “Hi there, welcome to BawumiaGPT! I’m here to answer all your questions about Dr. Bawumia’s contributions to Ghana’s development as Vice President and his vision for our nation as President. Let me have your
questions, and I’ll promptly provide the information you need. Let’s work together to create a brighter future for Ghana.”
Iqra Today: What are Bawumia’s specific visions for the Muslim community?
