Black Stars players, Fatawu Issahaku and Mohammed Kudus have ranked tops in dribbling statistics in the Premier League this season.
Data shared WHoScored.com showed that Fatawu, who plays for Leicester City has recorded 29 successful dribbles followed by Kudus (West Ham United) with 28.
A third Ghanaian player, Antoine Semenyo of Bournemouth is third with 24 successful dribbles. Among the trio, Kudus has played fewer games—eight—as he currently serves a five-match ban for misconduct.
Issahaku has been in good form for Leicester but is yet to find the back of the net to support his strong performances. He completed an impressive 12 dribbles out of 15 attempted during his side’s defeat to Manchester United on matchday 11.
Similarly, Kudus is struggling to find his scoring boots, unlike his first season with West Ham. He has scored two goals in eight games so far this season. Meanwhile, Semenyo has been a standout for Bournemouth, scoring four goals and providing one assist in 11 games in the Premier League.
