A tragic incident has claimed the life of a student from Kinbu Senior High and Technical School.
The deceased, identified as Addib Alhassan, a 15-year-old first-year student, was reportedly fatally injured during a confrontation with a classmate.
While the exact circumstances of the altercation remain unclear, it is known that Addib was rushed to the Adabraka polyclinic before being transferred to Ridge Hospital due to the severity of his wounds.
Sadly, he succumbed to his injuries at the hospital. Meanwhile, school officials have yet to release an official statement on the incident.
A group of young people amassed at the entrance of the school on Thursday afternoon demanding to exact revenge for the incident.
