Samira Bawumia has hosted law students from an American University as part of a summer programme they are undertaking in Ghana.
The students had exchanges with the former Second Lady on issues around her advocacy work.
In a Facebook post dated May 28, Mrs. Bawumia wrote: “I had the pleasure of hosting Law students from the Fordham Law School and other Universities in the United States as part of Fordham Summer Programme in Ghana.
“Led by Prof. Kofi Abotsi, Dean of the UPSA Law School and three other Law professors from the United States, the students were excited to learn about my advocacy works for women and children through the Samira Empowerment and Humanitarian Projects and the Africa Women and Children Conference,” the post concluded.
