Two Muslim names were prominent in the press release that announced the death of Charles Kojo Fosu, alias Daddy Lumba.
The press release of July 26 was signed by one Fati Ali Yallah, Esq who belonged to a chambers owned by another Muslim, Baba Jamal.
On July 31, 2025, Baba Jamal, a former deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and ambassador designate was spotted at the East Legon residence of the deceased to offer his condolences.
He was spotted together with lawyer Fati and others as they signed a book of condolence and commiserated with the grieving family.
Lumba’s residence has been a beehive of activities as prominent people from all walks of life troop in to condole with the family.
